2013 Spring/Summer Bridal Collection by Patrick Casey

Following the success of his previous collections, Irish bridal designer Patrick Casey returns with an “even more exquisite and luxurious” collection, “going all out on quality and sumptuous detail.” From A-line cuts to full-circle designs, in his 2013 offering, Patrick Casey incorporates high quality silk fabrics with hand crafted detail using both embroidered pearls and Swarovski crystals.
Inspiration for the new collection evolves from a wide range of influences such as contemporary art, architecture, freedom and the “art of living”. Several of his creations certainly capture those inspirations with structured pleated bodices and full circle gowns of silk flat chiffon. Perhaps his strongest creative source is nature itself, often reflected in designs that incorporate intricate floral detail while others are adorned with appliquéd handmade flowers of organza, georgette and chiffon. Other gowns feature stunning tulle embroidered backs with imaginative design work and extended tulle trains.
